It's easy to skim past a Supplement Facts panel, but this one is genuinely different from most products in the gummy category, and we think it's worth explaining why.
The Industry Norm
Many gummy and capsule supplements — including several others we've looked at — list their ingredients inside a single 'Proprietary Blend' with one combined weight, no individual amounts. That makes it impossible to know how much of any one ingredient you're actually getting.
What HoneyFil Does Differently
HoneyFil's label lists all seven ingredients separately, each with its own milligram amount: Tongkat Ali (200mg), Maca Root (100mg), Ashwagandha (100mg), Horny Goat Weed (100mg), L-Arginine HCl (50mg), Beet Root (50mg), and Grape Seed Extract (50mg).
Why This Matters Practically
It lets you compare each dose against published research yourself, rather than taking a blend's effectiveness on faith. It's also a sign, though not a guarantee, of a company willing to stand behind its formula's specifics.
What It Doesn't Mean
A disclosed dose isn't automatically a research-matched one — some amounts here (like Ashwagandha's 100mg) are lower than doses used in the strongest studies. Transparency and potency are two different things, and we think it's worth being clear about both.
